Takesumi is a brand of BIJIN company.
ARTICLE 1: OBJECT
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the Bijin company and its customers in the context of the sale of the following goods: powdered bamboo charcoal and in sticks.
Any service performed by the company Bijin implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 2 PRODUCT PRESENTATION
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the section "Product" from our site. The photographs do not enter the contractual field. The responsibility of the company Bijin can not be engaged if errors are introduced. All texts and images presented on the Takesumi site of the Bijin company are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 3 PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF OFFERS TO SALE
The products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event of an order for a product that has become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability as soon as possible by e-mail or by post.
ARTICLE 4 PRICE OF PRODUCTS

The amount of VAT is included during the selection of a product by the customer and the shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of the different products by the customer.
The Bijin company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in force when the order is recorded.
The proposed prices include the discounts and rebates that the Bijin company would have to grant in view of its results or the assumption by the buyer of certain services.
ARTICLE 5 ORDER

Before this validation, the customer is systematically offered to check each of the elements of his order; he can thus correct any errors.
The Bijin company confirms the order by e-mail; this information includes in particular all the elements of the order and the customer's right of withdrawal.
The data recorded by the company Bijin constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by the company Bijin under the legal conditions and deadlines; the customer can access this archiving by contacting the Customer Relations department.
ARTICLE 6 TERMS OF PAYMENT
The payment of orders is made by Paypal or by credit card via the site.
ARTICLE 7 WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
The Purchaser has a period of fourteen clear days, from receipt of the products, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of costs. back. If the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company will reimburse the Purchaser for all sums paid, as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which this right was exercised.
ARTICLE 8 DELIVERY
Delivery methods for mainland France, Corsica and Monaco
(i) Colissimo or letter followed delivery
The parcel or the letter followed (for small goods) comprising the products ordered and paid for is deposited in the letterbox at the Delivery Address provided by the buyer.
In the event that the letterbox is of insufficient size, the package is delivered to the home and delivered either to the purchaser or to the recipient of the Order, or, at La Poste's discretion, to another person, in particular any person. attached to his department, staying with him, specially mandated, provided with a power of attorney or even to an identified third party.
When the package could not be delivered for the reasons mentioned above (insufficient size of the letterbox and / or absence of the recipient), the buyer or recipient of the Order receives a transit advice note, allowing him to collect the parcel at the post office indicated in the transit advice note, for a period of 14 days.
After this period, the package is returned to the sender. In this case, the buyer will be reimbursed for the amount of the Order, delivery costs deducted, by any means, at the choice of Bijin.

Delivery by Colissimo International
The Colissimo International network relies in each country on one of the local postal services. The delivery methods therefore differ from one country to another.
In general, on delivery, a distribution slip or an acknowledgment of receipt must be signed by the purchaser or recipient of the Order.
This acknowledgment of receipt constitutes proof of delivery by Bijin, and of receipt by the purchaser or recipient of the Order, of the products ordered.
When the package could not be delivered in the absence of the buyer or recipient of the Order, the buyer or recipient of the Order generally receives a transit advice note, allowing him to collect the package at the office of post indicated in the transit advice note, for a period of 10 to 21 days. However, delivery terms varying from one country to another, the buyer is invited to regularly consult the tracking of his package, via the link in the email informing the buyer of the shipment of his Order, to obtain information relating to the delivery of his Order.
